Privacy Policy

What we collect

msft365admincenter.com is a static website that does not require an account. We collect minimal information:

Server logs from our hosting provider (Azure) for security and debugging — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp. Retained for 30 days.
Analytics via Google Analytics 4 if enabled (anonymized IP, page views, referrers). You can opt out by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser or by using an ad blocker.
Cookies for the cookie-consent banner only. No tracking or advertising cookies are set without your consent.

What we don’t collect

We do not run advertising. We do not sell, share, or rent any data. We do not use third-party trackers beyond analytics.

If you click through to the Microsoft Cloud Report newsletter, that signup is handled by Intelligink and subject to their separate privacy policy.
